As a Kois Center Graduate (www.koiscenter.com), Dr. Foote recently attended the Center’s annual symposium in Seattle. This was an incredible event and a great time to catch up with over 400 graduates from thirteen countries.
Located on the shore of Lake Union, the Kois Center is a didactic and clinical program made up of nine courses. It uses a wide variety of technology in its instruction, including computer animations and live video demonstrations. The Kois Center is the only continuing education center in the United States conducting and publishing independent research.
The Kois Center is open to all dentists. Those accepted into the program typically meet the following criteria:
- Value being at the forefront of solid, scientific evidence
- Appreciate a small, personal classroom atmosphere where participation is encouraged
- Desire to participate and collaborate with other dental professionals
- Desire to become involved in providing more comprehensive care for patients
- Strive to be excellent
